Das erste Kapitel beschreibt die Situation bezueglich der Angst und Angstabwehr bei jenen, die sich in ihrer Krankheit fuerchten bzw. in ihrer Arbeit im Krankenhaus mit eigener und fremder Angst konfrontiert sind. Das zweite Kapitel handelt von der Angst in theologischer bzw. humanwissenschaftlicher Sicht. Im Rueckgriff auf die Philosophie Kierkegaards, M. Heideggers, P. Tillichs und die Theologie H.U.v. Balthasars bzw. J. Moltmanns gibt dieser Teil eine systematische Grundlage. Im Rueckgriff auf Humanwissenschaften werden physiologische, psychologische und psychopathologische Aspekte beruecksichtigt und in eine praktische Theorie eingebracht. Das dritte Kapitel ist das praktische Resultat der Arbeit. Es versucht eine Antwort zu geben, wie mit intrapsychischen, institutionellen und intrapersonellen Faktoren der Angst in der Krankenhausseelsorge umgegangen werden kann | ||
| 520 | a | eng: This work is about anxiety of ill and dying people, but also about anxiety of those who accompany them. The first chapter describes the situation of anxiety and the inner defense of those who are afraid in their illness or work in hospital. Anxiety is seen as a psychical factor which is influated by institutional and interpersonal factors in hospital. The second chapter is about anxiety in the view of theology and the human sciences. It intends to give a theoretical background to the answer, how to cope with human anxiety in general and especially in hospital. Refering to the philosophy of S. Kierkegaard, M. Heidegger, P. Tillich and the theology of H.U.v. Balthasar and J. Moltmann, this part gives a systematic basis for an anthropological and spiritual view of anxiety. Refering to the human sciences physiological, psychological and psychopathological aspects are considered and then integrated in the practical coping with anxiety and fear. The third and last chapter is the practical result ot the work. Proceeding from the first chapters, it gives an answer how to cope with intrapsychical, institutional and interpersonal factors of anxiety in the pastoral care for ill people in hospital. The practical elements of this answer, that is related to the first chapter, are based on the facts found in the second chapter. | ||
